Why has progress for women in the workplace stalled?

 

My former boss and Organizational Behavior professor Katherine W. Phillips at Columbia Business School says: "Diversity requires people to put in more effort than they would prefer. It’s easier to stick with your own than to think about other people’s perspectives."

Let's put in the effort that's necessary to enact change, starting at the executive level.
