Where are the women leaders in 2019's IPOs?

According to Quartz, Zoom Video Communications is among the rarest of 2019's tech unicorns (and not just because they're profitable!) but because they have more women than men on their executive leadership team. The only way to get women into leadership roles is to prioritize diversity hiring at every level and stage.

"Only three of the companies with public S-1 filings [in 2019] listed even one woman among the highest-paid executives."

Zoom gives us hope, it can be done! The question remains why others aren't following suit.
